Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. But since we offer a trial video for class, we offer no refund for individual course sales if you have used the demo and then made the purchase, for blind purchases we allow a refund for up to 3 days after purchase. You may contact support@pixelbaseacademy.com for a refund.
